Instructional Systems Management

Project management includes a vast array of subjects, processes, skills, tools and stakeholders. However, the key to a successful project includes project managers who understand the project goals, and are able to lead in each process. This will not only create great teamwork but will open communications among team members. In this course, we worked as a team to implement an instructional system for our client.  We covered all of the necessary documentation just like in a real work situation.
